Yesterday,I had to convert the bunch of ripened bananas into this yummy bread.Otherwise, it would have all gone to trash today ;).Believe me,its so soft and delicious :).The recipe is so simple and I had this recipe in a Baking Book which I bought during the last Christmas season.

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter,softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups All purpose flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp salt.
1 1/4 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup slivered almonds(U can add any nuts)
Method
1.In a large bowl cream butter and sugar at low speed until light and fluffy.
2.Add eggs,one at a time,beating well after each addition.
3.Combine the flour,baking soda and salt,gradually add to the creamed mixture.
4.Beat in the bananas just until combined.
5.Stir in the almonds.
6.Line the bottom portion of a 8 inch loaf pan with wax or parchment paper.Grease with non stick cooking spray and dust it with some AP flour.Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes(Varies from oven to Oven) or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.Cool for 10 minutes before removing pan to a wire rack.
